Sav Card
At Sav, you may add money to your Sav card via linking your bank accounts. You may link multiple bank accounts for top-ups.
There are no annual or maintenance charges for a Virtual Card. However, a one-time fee is charged when you request for a physical prepaid card.
Navigate to Card –> Request a physical card. You may request a physical card by paying a one-time fee of AED 26.25 for Sav standard users, or you may upgrade to Sav Pro and get it for free.
The virtual cards are auto-activated while you will have to activate the physical card after receiving it. Activate your card by setting a PIN or you may also do this by navigating to Card -> Change PIN
‘Freeze’ blocks your card temporarily. To continue using it, please ‘Unfreeze’ your card. This is very helpful in panic situations where you may have lost or misplaced your card. You may Freeze your card by heading to the Card section and selecting the ‘Freeze’ option.
You may easily suspend your card through the app. From the Card menu, select freeze or block. You may also request a replacement card for AED 26.25 to cover the cost of new card issuing and mailing. If you are a Sav Pro user, you can get one replacement card free of cost.
To protect your security, we cannot reactivate your card once a replacement card has been ordered.
There may be charges for certain transactions, such as foreign transactions. Check your account’s fee schedule for details.
Click on the Card icon in the bottom menu, then tap on the card image to get your card information including card number, expiration date and CVV.
Simply select the card number on the screen to copy it.
You should receive your card within 2-3 business days from the time you place your order. Orders after 9.00 pm will be considered placed on the next business day.
Yes! Your card may be used anywhere VISA is accepted. Since it is an AED denominated card, your transactions will incur foreign transaction fees. Check our pricing and fees for this.
There is no minimum balance needed for a Sav card.
