Security Protection

Customer Protection

If you have a query about anything related to Sav, the first step is to contact us using one of the methods below: Phone: +971 55 435 6597 WhatsApp: +971 55 435 6597 Our agents will do everything they can to solve the issue. If you're unhappy with the resolution, let the agent know and they will offer to raise a formal complaint. If you choose to raise a formal complaint, it will be acknowledged within 2 business days of receipt. Our support team will then investigate and aim to provide a written response within 15 business days. If your complaint cannot be resolved within 15 business days, we will send you a holding reply explaining the reason for the delay and the deadline by which you will receive a full response. We may uphold, partially uphold, or reject your complaint, and will explain the reason why. If you're unhappy with the outcome, or still believe you have not been treated correctly, or your complaint has not been resolved within 15 calendar days, you can contact: For Sav Card (issued by NymCard): Sanadak, the UAE's Ombudsman Unit, at www.sanadak.gov.ae For other Sav products: submit your written complaint to the DFSA by mail to DFSA, Level 13, The Gate, PO Box 75850, Dubai, UAE, or by fax to +971 (0)4 362 0801.
