Sav MyMoney automatically categorizes your expenses into predefined categories. You don’t need to add anything manually.

At the moment, recategorizing transactions isn’t possible. But don’t worry—we’re working on adding this feature and it will be available soon!

We ask for your Emirates ID to ensure the safety and security of your data. It helps us verify that the bank account you’ve connected is indeed yours. This also ensures that your financial data is handled securely and by the rightful owner. Your privacy and security are our top priorities, and this step helps us provide you with a safe and reliable experience.

Right now, we support connections with banks based in the UAE. If your international bank isn’t supported yet, we’re actively working to expand our network. Keep an eye out for updates or reach out to our support team for specific queries.

At the moment, we don’t support connecting credit cards. We’re currently focused on bank accounts but are exploring future updates. Stay tuned for any announcements regarding this feature!

For security and privacy reasons, we only allow connections to accounts registered in your name. This ensures that your data and insights are accurate and secure. Each of us needs to connect our own accounts to get personalized insights.

Yes, you can access up to 180 days of transaction history. This allows you to review past spending and analyze trends over time.

Yes, your data is securely encrypted and protected. We prioritize your privacy and use your data solely for the purposes you have consented to.

Absolutely. You can revoke your consent at any time, and your data will be used only for the purposes you’ve agreed to.

Navigate to your profile section. Go to ‘My Connected Accounts’. Use the toggle button to revoke consent to access your transaction history for the selected bank account.

We implement strict privacy policies and data protection measures to ensure your information is handled responsibly. This includes encryption, secure servers, and regular audits.

To delete your Sav profile, simply open the app and navigate to the “Edit Profile” section under “Account Settings”. Select the option to delete your profile and, if you wish, provide feedback on your reason for deletion (this step is optional). Once your request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation message in the app, along with an acknowledgement email containing detailed instructions on the refund process. The steps may vary depending on whether you are a user with an active Sav card or not.
